Payment Policy
a) We cannot accept your order until you have paid for it in full. Payment can be made by most major credit or debit cards by completing the relevant details on the checkout page. By using a credit/debit card to pay for your order, you confirm that the card being used is yours. All credit/debit card holders are subject to validation checks and authorisation by the card issuer. If the issuer of your card refuses to authorise payment we will not accept your order. We are not responsible for your card issuer or bank charging you as a result of our process of your credit/debit card payment in accordance with your order. We recommend that you do not communicate your payment card details to anyone, including us, by email. We cannot be held responsible for any losses you may incur in transmitting information to us either by internet link or by email. Return Policy
The Buyer may cancel an order or return any unwanted goods to the Seller within 30 days of the date of receiving delivery, or collection from the trade counter. Such notice may be given by phone, mail or email. If the Buyer is cancelling because of any problem with the goods, please notify the Seller of the problem at the time of cancellation. The Seller will only accept returns providing the goods are undamaged, in the original undamaged packaging and are in a re-sellable condition. Restocking charges may apply to some returns. If for any reason the order arrives incomplete or the consignment was damaged in transit to the Buyer, we must be notified within 7 days of delivery. Such notice may be given by phone, mail or email. The Seller is unable to accept the return of any goods that have already be part used or fitted prior to returning The Seller is unable to accept the return of any non-standard special product that has been supplied correctly in accordance with the Buyer’s instructions. Where the goods are being returned because they are faulty, incorrect goods or because of unsuitable substitution by the Seller, the Seller will arrange collection of the goods. Where the goods are being returned because they are no longer needed or the incorrect items were ordered by the Buyer, the goods must returned to the Seller at the Buyer’s cost. If the Buyer requires the Seller to arrange collection, the cost of collection will be deducted from any potential credit or refund due to the Buyer.
